A city without roads, without cars, but full of life – VertiCité eliminates traditional infrastructure (roads and parking) to free up space, reduce pollution and reinvest resources in shared services. Thanks to soft, shared mobility, every resident benefits from simplified access to self-service bikes, motorcycles and cars, as well as smooth public transport to urban centers and neighboring towns.
Verticality for sustainable development
Inspired by the TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) model, VertiCité groups all essential services within a 400-meter radius of each home. The buildings are multi-storey, optimizing floor space while promoting proximity, walking and active commuting. VertiCité buildings are designed using recycled materials and prefabricated wood construction techniques.
Advanced air mobility – eVTOLs and vertiports
VertiCity incorporates the latest advances in air mobility with eVTOLs like the Jaunt Journey, capable of vertical take-off and landing. A network of shared vertiports is being developed to facilitate rapid, ecological and safe travel, while relieving congestion on land-based infrastructures.
